General Manager: Looking for a unique individual who can multitask and oversee all aspects of multiple educational centers. The person will be very well compensated for an excellent ability to generate new business and maintain excellent records and reports on existing business. This person will have at least 10+ years of experience in the educational world with major managerial expertise at some competitor’s educational facilities possessing exceptional skills in dealing with people and meeting deadlines. This person is a self-starter, motivator, diligent, hard-working and is interested in growing with the company through profit sharing and other benefits.

Center Director: A reliable, dedicated person needed to manage all aspects of an educational center. A masters degree and extensive educational background is helpful. Knowledge of Spanish is a great asset for this job! A qualified person has excellent "people" skills and is able to confidently and courteously interact with clients, both students and their parents. The right candidate for this job is self-confident, efficient and able to oversee others in an educational environment. Selling our products and services to clients, managing and scheduling tutors, being in charge of inventory, and providing tutoring services on an "as needed" basis, are all necessary functions of this job. This is not an easy job, so you must possess an ability to work under pressure! This is definitely a full-time job! Substantial growth and profit sharing opportunities are available!
